I was failing. And all I wanted to do was get back to my usual self.

The self that probably needed a nap but definitely wasn’t on the edge of a total breakdown.

The good news? I’m no longer in that place, and I can help you get out, too.

I offer practical help to those struggling with anxiety, sleep issues, chronic health concerns, and perfectionism.

Using a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT, said as one word), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), mindfulness practices, relaxation exercises, and exposure work depending on your specific needs, I work to give you the tools and approach you need to get on with your life.

I’m all about doing what works.

We’ll get to the core of what’s going on (and, yes, that involves you learning why and how you got to this point), but more importantly, I’ll give you a framework that you can use for anything that comes up in your life.

It’s not, because it only works if you show up.

But I already know you’re willing to put in the effort. It’s who you are, even if sometimes your mind whispers, “You’re a lazy, pathetic slob who will achieve nothing in life.”
