It’s hard fitting therapy into your hectic schedule.
You want to work on yourself, but there is no time. It’s hard enough fitting everything that needs to get done now.
And don’t get me started on traffic, hunting for parking spaces, or convincing your boss (or yourself) for a half-day off for a regular appointment.
Honestly, what you’d love is to see a therapist when it works best for you, such as during your lunch break, at home in your sweats in the evening, or propped up in bed on the weekend.
Who wants to waste precious extra hours commuting, finding parking, or brushing your hair?
Teletherapy is a great alternative.
With teletherapy, there’s no hassle of going to an appointment. Therapy services are available from the comfort of your own home or office.
Plus, even if you don’t live in Los Angeles where I live, you can still see me if you live in California. Working online means that you can work with the person you know will help you without limiting your options because we don’t share the same zip code.
Online therapy is flexible to meet your needs and busy schedule.
It’s safe, and I provide HIPAA-compliant video sessions so you can get the security and confidentiality of a therapist’s office wherever you are.
Not as weird as you think!
When you imagine therapy, it likely involves a waiting room and an office. You expected to wonder whether I’ll ask you to lie down on a couch, not connect over the Internet.
Simultaneously, receiving in-person therapy makes you concerned for squeezing in your sessions, finding daycare for your kids, and fighting traffic and the dreaded feeling of being late.
Most people feel hesitant about teletherapy until they try it. I certainly did. But when I moved and couldn’t take my therapist with me, I was thrilled to find out we could still work together even if we didn’t live in the same city. And honestly, it hasn’t been that much different than when we met in their office.
Except I’m never rushing out the door kicking myself for not leaving earlier because I’m going to be late now.
And here’s the good news.
My free 15-minute consultation allows you to experience teletherapy firsthand. I use the same software we’d use during therapy so you can see how easy and seamless it is.
All you need is a computer or phone and a stable Internet connection. If your Internet service is spotty, it is best to find a place with a good connection, rather than wandering the neighborhood.
Teletherapy has all the benefits of therapy and the convenience and flexibility to make it workable. So, you can spend less time figuring out your schedule and more time figuring out your life.
